Trauma-Informed Services Assessment
Regular review of our policies, procedures and practices is crucial to the emotional wellbeing and physical safety of survivors of domestic violence.
The Trauma-Informed Services Assessment – a 20-25 minute survey created by the National Center on Domestic Violence, Trauma & Mental Health – is designed to help organizations assess current service trends and identify opportunities for additional trauma-informed practices.
It is recommended that all organizations providing services to survivors of domestic violence complete the assessment on an annual basis. The assessment may be completed anonymously – we do not collect any personally identifiable information – and answers are confidential. The aggregate findings will be used to guide Utah Domestic Violence Coalition’s work.
Thank you, in advance, for completing the assessment and for your commitment to trauma-informed services.
