Local Domestic Violence Coalitions

There are currently 22 local domestic violence coalitions across the state of Utah.  Local coalition members  include domestic violence shelters, victim advocates, Division of Child & Family Services domestic violence coordinators and staff, prosecutors, judges, law enforcement, health care providers, domestic violence treatment providers, educators, faith community, and adult probation and parole officers. These local coalitions work to serve all counties in Utah and provide local public awareness campaigns. Local coalitions help to  coordinate  services, and promote Domestic Violence prevention initiatives. UDVC, through technical support, training and connection to the national and statewide Domestic Violence movement, assists Utah's 22 coalitions in their efforts to eliminate interpersonal violence.
