Requesting materials & Including Information in our resource Manual

Agencies and businesses can request that informational materials and swag be mailed directly to them or request that the UDVC bring these materials to an upcoming event (tabling request).

The UDVC can also share information about your agency and services in our resource manual, which our advocates use to let callers know about available resources.

Materials Request

Complete the form to invite the UDVC to host a resource table at your community event in Utah. Share information, materials, and small swag items focused on domestic violence prevention and survivor support.
